Peppers and Almonds Pesto
INGREDIENTS: Sweet peppers 73%, sunflower oil, onion, 5% almonds, extra virgin olive oil, grana padano (milk, salt, rennet, egg lysozyme), chives, salt, chilli. Acidity regulator: citric acid. Antioxidant: ascorbic acid.
In this tasty sauce, the peppers grown in Puglia blend well with the delicious red onions and, by melting, they enhance each other accompanied by fragrant parmesan and creamy almonds.
