Artichokes And Almonds Pesto
INGREDIENTS: Artichoke hearts 74%, sunflower oil, extra virgin olive oil, 4% almonds, grana padano (milk, salt, rennet, egg lysozyme), salt, pepper, oregano, garlic. Acidity regulator: citric acid. Antioxidant: ascorbic acid.
The violet of Provence is the most widespread artichoke in our area and is the one that gives life to our pesto. Almonds, fragrant grain, oregano and of course our precious extra virgin olive oil complete the taste.
